Enrollment Information
Our total student capacity for the new school year,
which begins on August 14, 2007 will be 10 students.
So be sure to enroll today!
Please read these directions then print forms or contact the Academy directly and ask for the enrollment packet.

* Must have graduated from 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, or 7th grade
* Complete the Academy Admission Forms:
You may print these forms from "INFO CENTER" under Enrollment Forms or you may contact the Academy and ask for the Elementary or Middle School Enrollment Packet. Fill out the various forms and return them to the Academy along with your entrance fees. When the Academy receives your Admission Forms, the Academy will contact your previous school and obtain student performance and health records.
* Reserve a seat in class for your student:
Be sure to prepay the Book Fee and Registration Fee before August 1, 2007. Register early to ensure student acceptance by the Academy. Late registration is always permissible. Please contact the academy to transfer your student.
* Acceptance Policy:
Student entrance forms will be reviewed by Academy administration as quickly as possible and you will be notified of acceptance via mail prior to the start of school or else by phone.
